To say “Misty went above and beyond in helping us sell our home and purchase a new home” is an understatement. She truly is the best! It has been 22 years since we bought our home and I had no idea how much the home selling process had changed, so I was constantly asking questions on a daily basis and she truly deserves a medal for having extreme patience with me. She always took the time to listen, console, and educate, and as soon I would make a decision, she would take that decision and immediately put it into action. She went above and beyond in marketing our home by doing creative online marketing and making creative videos of our house. On the purchase side, we were scared the seller going to cancel our contract, but Misty was able to negotiate an extension, without having to pay any additional money, and keep that contract in place while we tried to get a buyer for our home. Once we got an offer, Misty meticulously worked with both Agents and the title companies to coordinate a simultaneous close that involved 3 total home sales. Her idea to introduce the Title Companies to each other and coordinate the transfer of money directly to each other resulted in us closing on our personal home 1 day early and on our brand new home 2 days early! We absolutely love our new home and continue to pinch ourselves everyday because we love it that much! Misty is the best all the way around and we love and appreciate her so much!!

Hands down, I would recommend Misty 100 times over. I am very hard to impress, but Misty was exceptional every step of the way. I randomly found Misty online, but noticed that she is a relocation specialist. We were relocating from Seattle to Boise, so I reached out. I had reached out to Misty along with three other agents. I had let Misty know that it could be up to a year before we move, and that it would probably be a long process of many trips to check out the area. Out of all the agents I contacted, Misty was the only one that continued to keep in touch, send market updates, ask questions about what we wanted, etc. On our first trip to check out the area, Misty drove us around for two days to show us the different towns and neighborhoods, let us know the features of each area, etc. She really listened to what we had told her and showed us over 20 homes- any of which we would have been happy in. We found a home sooner than we had planned. Misty Skyped with us several times to tour the home, she negotiated well on our behalf, she kept tabs on repairs going on in the home, etc. We bought our home without ever stepping foot in it because that is how much we had grown to trust Misty in the few months we worked with her.
